Cliff Miller is the Director of the Older Adult Advocacy Center (OAAC) at Telespond Senior Services, where he leads one of the region's most innovative approaches to elder justice and trauma informed support. With a strong background in program development, systems navigation, and crisis responsive care, he has helped shape OAAC into a model that blends safety, dignity, and accountability for older adults facing complex challenges. Cliff is recognized for his ability to build collaborative networks across aging services, behavioral health, law enforcement, and community organizations. He is an active member of the Lackawanna County Elder Justice MDT, the Clutter Response and Support Network Board, NEPA Aging Network Alliance, Age Friendly PA, PA Link Collaborative, the Lackawanna Interagency Council, and the Job Corps Workforce Council. He brings a diverse professional foundation to his work, including certifications as a Pennsylvania Criminal Investigator, IDA Practitioner, Teepa Snow PAC Champion, Dementia Friendly Champion Instructor, and OSHA certified safety professional.
